Serena has worked for Hunters since June 2011 as an office manager and sales negotiator then gained her CeMAP qualification in May 2019 to become an independent mortgage broker. Serena aims to provide the best mortgage service experience by delivering the highest standards. As a mortgage and protection adviser, she will assist you throughout the home buying, moving or remortgage process to ensure you receive the right guidance and advice. Serena provides a level of service that cannot be obtained directly from the lender or comparison site and offers mortgage advice from a comprehensive panel of lenders with access to some exclusive rates. Serena will liaise with the lender, estate agent and solicitor to help ensure deadlines are met. In Serena’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, swimming and walks with her dog Lola.
