Summary of Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing unparalleled levels of customer service, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and meeting set targets and KPIs. This role involves booking valuations and viewings, maintaining customer records, and performing all necessary activities to achieve sales targets. Professional presentation and attire are essential both in the office and during appointments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise daily with customers and manage customer enquiries.
- Book and conduct viewings and valuations.
- Perform market reviews with clients.
- Record customer viewing feedback and report back to clients.
- Generate and negotiate offers.
- Ensure compliance with legislation in progressing offers to sale and completion.
- Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
- Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate company records.
- Undertake sales progression tasks.
- Lead morning meetings in the absence of the manager.
- Handle general office administration including organizing window cards, printing brochures, ordering stationery, and other ad hoc tasks as requested by senior management.

- Valuation appointments booked

- Mortgage appointment referrals
- Conveyancing referrals
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 6 Saturdays: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm
