Summary of Position:
The Sales Negotiator will provide a high level of customer service whilst building relationships with colleagues and clients. The role is responsible for booking valuations, viewings, maintaining customer records and achieving sales targets. You will also be required to dress smartly according to company standard and present themselves in an appropriate manner when on an appointment.
The role will provide unrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving set targets and KPI’s.
Most work will be in the office; however, a percentage may be out of the office conducting viewings when this is appropriate. Communications may also take place with staff members at other sales offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs.
- Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate.
- Maintain an excellent standard of company records.
- Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
- Communicate the Company vision/values where appropriate to customers and third parties.
Administrative Management:
- Book viewings using the company’s system.
- Complete customer records and update records in the system
- Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system.
- Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures.
- Administer all responsibilities in the most cost-effective way and always operate within approved budgets and Company Policies
Business Development and Sales Generation:
- Generate offers.
- Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
- Conducting valuations and instructions
- Undertake sales progression.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Work closely with other third-party operators where appropriate to exceed customer expectations.
- Assist in training staff as required.
- Any ad hoc requests made by senior management.

Training & Qualifications
- 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (C or more in the old grading system)
- Hunters Academy Training endorsed by Propertymark (ARLA and NAEA) will be provided
